String Ensemble Wins Gold Again !!!

2014 was a successful and exciting year for Booval School of Music students.

Highlights included:

· Ipswich Eisteddfod: Vocal and Instrumental

· Silkstone Eisteddfod: Vocal and Instrumental

· Day at the Organ

· School Concerts

· AMEB Examinations: Vocal, Instrumental, Theory

· String Ensemble: Performances at numerous Special Functions

· School and Community Talent Quests

Many students completed AMEB exams by the end of 2014 and achieved excellent results. Well done!!! Many students entered the Ipswich and Silkstone Eisteddfods with most attaining places. The String Ensemble maintained their Gold placing!!!

We love seeing the confidence that performing music helps to bring to our students of every age. Standing on a stage playing an instrument or singing a song takes a lot of courage and discipline. These learned and practiced skills transfer into many areas of life and help to shape and develop the person. Whatever you or your child’s experience has been we hope you are enjoying making music with BSM.
